Simon might be able to bring one or two students other students to the shoot. But two are enough, for Simon to wave at Hugh, and Jason to rebuff him for doing that. 

NARRATIVE

Fill in In order to fill in for Hugh waving at someone,  I will take three students from the year below me to have one of them wave at Will, anchoring his popular status even earlier. This is also intended to hint at the character's bisexuality, the one counter typical aspect of the character, an idea I got from the character of Skins, who also inspired me for a scrapped scene earlier.
